Donald W. Muirhead specializes in patent-related matters, including building and maintaining intellectual property portfolios for large technology companies, helping new companies develop and implement a strategic patent plan tailored to their specific needs, and providing support for patent litigation and corporate transactions. Mr. Muirhead's experience includes representing and appearing for clients in patent litigation, working with investors and corporate attorneys on ip-related aspects of corporate transactions, and obtaining patents relating to digital and analog electronics, semiconductors, computer software, artificial intelligence, and mechanical devices. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Muirhead worked in private industry as an engineer designing electronic hardware and software.

Mr. Muirhead is a member of the AIPLA, the Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Virginia, and before the US Court of Appeals, Federal Court and the US Patent & Trademark Office. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College, an MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a JD from the University of Connecticut Law School.

Anne E. Saturnelli specializes in patent practice areas related to computer hardware and software, electrical and mechanical technologies and semiconductor processing. Her expertise includes a broad range of both U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, as well as client counseling and general legal matters related to the area of intellectual property for individuals and small and large corporations. She has provided technical and strategic support in connection with matters such as litigation and corporate transactions. She has a broad range of experience and expertise in intellectual property counseling including developing patent portfolios and strategically tailoring plans to address the needs of each client. In addition to having previous law firm experience, Ms. Saturnelli also has experience as an in-house attorney in a large corporation. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Saturnelli worked as a software engineer and then as a patent agent while attending law school.

Ms. Saturnelli is a member of the American Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the AIPLA, and the Boston Patent Law Association. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She received a B.S. in Math and Computer Science from Russell Sage College, an MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a JD from Suffolk University.

Daniel P. McLoughlin specializes in patent-related matters. His expertise includes developing and maintaining intellectual property portfolios for large technology companies, counseling clients in relation to adversarial patent matters, negotiating and providing support for IP-related transactions, including license and confidentiality agreements, and providing IP due diligence in relation to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. McLoughlin's experience includes assisting small and start-up companies and individuals in developing and implementing a strategic patent plan tailored to their specific needs, providing general intellectual property counsel to these and larger clients, and advising clients in relation to open source software-related matters. Mr. Mcloughlin has prepared, prosecuted and obtained patents relating to computer software, business methods, digital and analog electronics, semiconductors, medical devices, mechanical devices, electro-mechanical devices and bio-technology. In addition to having previous law firm experience, Mr. McLoughlin also has several years of experience serving as an in-house attorney at large technology corporations. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. McLoughlin worked as a software engineer and then as a patent agent while attending law school.
